Privacy Policy
Shipping and Delivery:
- Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.1000, for orders below Rs.1000, the applicable charges are Rs 90.
- Once the order is placed, you will get a confirmation email on the email ID provided. The tracking details for the order will be shared via email within 2-5 business days. Please note: The products will be shipped within the stipulated timelines, however, the delivery depends on our courier partners.
Returns and Exchanges:
We, at the Sparkle Story, ensure the highest level of quality and care in terms of packaging and try to avoid damage in transit as much as possible. However, if you do face any issue with the quality of the product, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:
- You can raise a return request by emailing us on hello@thesparklestory.in
within 48 hours of delivery of the product, along with the image of the damaged product. - In the case of exchanges, please ensure that all the barcodes, labels, tags of the product are intact.
- Once you have initiated the return request, the products will be picked up within 2-5 business days. The return request can be fulfilled in the form of replacement, refund or store credit. The preferred method needs to be mentioned in the email
- Once the products reach us, we perform a quality check to inspect that it is unused, in its original packaging and the seals, tags or barcodes are not tampered with.
- Once the product is received by us, refund/ exchange will be initiated within 2- 5 business days post the quality check.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated via the original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.
- For COD orders, personal bank information needs to be provided for transfer of the refund or store credit can be initiated, as per your preference.
- Personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless it is damaged.
Cancellations:
- There are no cancellation charges levied by The Sparkle Story.
- If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on hello@thesparklestory.in.
- Cancellations are not applicable in case of personalized orders.
- In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
- In case, you wish to cancel an order post-dispatch, you can simply refuse to accept the order and email us with the Order Number you wish to cancel.
