We, at the Sparkle Story, ensure the highest level of quality and care in terms of packaging and try to avoid damage in transit as much as possible. However, if you do face any issue with the quality of the product, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:
In the case of returns or exchanges, please ensure that all the barcodes, labels, tags of the product are intact.
Initiate the return request by simply emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receiving the products. Once the request is reviewed the products will be picked up within 2-5 business days.
The return request can be fulfilled in the form of replacement, refund or store credit. The preferred method needs to be mentioned in the email.
Once the products reach us, we perform a quality check to inspect that it is unused, in its original packaging and the seals, tags or barcodes are not tampered with.
Please note: Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged.
